Skype 2.0 for Mac
Skype released version 2.0 for Mac last week, which finally supports video calls with both Mac and PC versions of Skype. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping it means I no longer have to switch from a Mac to a PC just to keep both side of my family happily video-chating.
